This is a really nice park they just Recently redone this park to honor the people that passed away in 2016 due to the wildfires this is really cool Tribute to come see also there's a basketball Walking trail a big pavilion with cooking grills and there's a park right across the street for kids to play at There's also a kid's fishing stream on the side of it. Also in Winter time if it snows it has the perfect little hill to sled down. I would highly recommend going to see this and just to have fun even have a picnic they have plenty of picnic tables.
Very nice park, right by a creek which was perfect for the kids. There are picnic tables, a basketball and tennis courts, and pavilion area with grills and more, I didn't have the chance to look at it all. But we enjoyed the picnic table right by the water. The bathrooms were very clean.
There was a bear hanging out by the water closer to the bridge but we didn't bother him.
We went on a Sunday midday and it wasn't busy at all.
Definitely worth a stop if you are heading into the mountains.
Clean and nice park in Gatlinburg. Great place to take your kids or family for a rest, play tennis, basketball or playground. Up the hill from traffic light #8.
This is a beautiful little park. We went yesterday around supper time and actually saw our first black bear running through the park, it was surprising!
Nice park to bring the dog and or kids. Paved area among the grass, basketball court, covered and uncovered picnic tables. There is also a relaxing stream and benches. Plus they have a memorial for the 2016 forest fire in the park.
Perfect free activity. Teen played basketball, toddler enjoyed playground at the top of the hill, nice walk for dogs. bathrooms available. Nice marquee for Gatlinburg fires.
Nice little park tucked up at the you of Gatlinburg. Had picnic tables, charcoal grills, bathrooms, covered area with concrete floor. Well-maintained park.
Beautiful river for kid fishing. Only though part is I have one kid who fishes and one who doesn’t. The playground was way far away up the hill so I couldn’t be close enough to see the fishing kid when with my child on the playground. Absolutely great facility with nice restrooms and picnic areas along the river. Tennis courts available to play on too.
